Why This Questionnaire Matters
This questionnaire is a required and essential part of your Knight’s Breakthrough Intensive. It is not a formality, it is preparation for real, focused work. Your answers allow us to step into your session already understanding the emotional, relational, leadership, and spiritual landscape you are carrying, so that your two-hour intensive is used with precision, not discovery.
If you are attending as a couple, each of you must complete this questionnaire separately and honestly. Your individual responses will not be shared with your spouse. This creates emotional safety and allows us to see where each of you truly stands without filtering, protecting, or posturing. What you share here helps us understand the differences in perspective, the unspoken tensions, the misalignments, and the areas where truth may already be present but unvoiced.
This space only works when honesty is present, not perfection.
You do not need the “right” answers.
You only need real ones. Your session will be shaped by the clarity you bring here.
Timing
Important Timing Requirement
This questionnaire must be completed no later than 7 days before your scheduled Knight’s Breakthrough Intensive.
If it is not received within that window, your session will be cancelled and our team will contact you to reschedule for another available date. This boundary exists so that we can enter your session fully prepared and use your time with efficiency, care, and intention.
